Shipping Policy

At DivyaDham.in, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service. We are pleased to offer free shipping for all products across India (For Order Value Rs 500 or More).

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. If there is any delay in processing or dispatching of your order, we will strive to provide you with a reasonable explanation and updated timeline.

Currently We offer only Standard Delivery Service. Standard Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days to deliver the package to your doorstep. We use reliable third-party delivery services to ensure that your package reaches you in perfect condition.

1: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. 
2: We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier service provider.

3: Currently COD facility is not available.

We reserve the right to change our shipping policies at any time without prior notice.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your order, or not satisfied with the product or service you received, we would like to hear about your experience. To initiate an exchange or return of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by writing to info@divyadham.in

Our team will inspect the products returned to determine if the item is eligible for exchange. All returnable products must be accompanied with the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number (given by our redressal team) and must be in a resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs which are non-refundable. Please note that orders for gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund, but may be eligible for replacement. If the products you received are damaged/defective, we may consider your return request if you provide a photo of the damaged product along with your bill details.
